2. What data do we process?
We may process the following categories of personal data:

- the content of your message and any information you choose to include;

- basic delivery and security logs needed to operate the website and send contact notifications.
Please do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential business information through the contact form.
3. Why do we process it?

You are not legally required to provide contact-form information. Without your name, email address and message, however, Eltee BV cannot respond to your enquiry.

7. How long do we keep data?
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to answer and follow up the request, and afterwards where reasonably required for record-keeping or legal claims. If an enquiry leads to an engagement, relevant information may be retained under the applicable client agreement and statutory obligations. Technical logs are kept for the shortest period compatible with security and service reliability, then deleted or aggregated.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

9. Automated decisions and updates
